The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Theatre Royal. Incredible, welcoming people working here. The full cooked breakfast was perfect with lots of food.

The hotel is overall clean, with fantastic personal, and offers ideal location adjacent to a nice Indian restaurant near by, shops, Osborne House. I would recommend, excellent base for rest.

we had a very comfortable time. the property was clean and relaxing. services were exceptional. the hotel was near to - the lake district and shops thanks to its absolutely perfect location. also, we truly enjoyed how handy the location was. lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from subway, offering food to go.

Meal in the morning was absolutely superb, lovely views and quiet location. Immaculately clean venue and amiable employees. I asked for a double room and the one I was given was very well decorated and tidy. It included a mini-fridge, a kettle and a TV set, and the bed was great. Service was really excellent, that made the hotel interesting place.

Stayed for 1 night in this quirky place, loved that. Plenty of brilliant food at breakfast time. Airy & spotless unit with nice bed linens and milk inside. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The staff was helpful, the food was good too. We had an air conditioned room and stunning views. A peaceful stay with a lovely swimming pool. Very classy location, 10 minutes' walk to helena thompson museum.
